Summerset Hobsonville is seeking a skilled Property Assistant to join the Village Operations team. You will work with the Property Manager and Head Gardener to maintain and present our village properties and gardens.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Assist with reactive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Support gardening maintenance for corporate and resident gardens.
• Help with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishment works.
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Conduct property inspections for compliance and safety.
• Foster positive communication with the team and residents.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for all.

Experience:

• Part trade qualified or similar.
• Current driver’s license.
• Experience in a relevant trade.
• Ability to complete a wide range of property and gardening tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
