Summerset Blenheim is a developing village, located in the heart of the Marlborough region, surrounded by vineyards and gorgeous mountain views. Once the village is complete, there will be a variety of modern, high-quality independent homes including villas and cottages.

Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Property Assistant to join the team at this brand new & developing Blenheim village.

About the Role:
In this role, you will assist with all aspects of property maintenance at our village. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentation
  • Ensuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands

This is a permanent, full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week.

We are anticipating a start date of 2nd December 2024.

    Qualifications

    About You:
    You will be a self-motivated & passionate professional who is handy with tools and would describe themselves as a people person. You will have the ability to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasks and take considerable pride in the standard of your work. To be successful you will bring:

    • DIY and maintenance experience
    • Great organizational skills and efficiency
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Valid driver's license
