This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high quality living & care options to our residents.

Job Description

About the Role:
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of property maintenance at our village. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team and take considerable pride in the standard of their work. This is a permanent, full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm

We are anticipating a start date of 4th June 2024 for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentation
  • Ensuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands

Qualifications

About You:
You will be a self-motivated, someone that is handy with tools, and a passionate professional who would describe themselves as a people person. You will have the ability to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasks.

To be successful you will bring:

  • DIY and maintenance experience
  • Great organizational skills and efficiency
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Valid driver's license
