The Wills & Estates Clerk will perform the following key responsibilities:

•  Complete first draft of wills, powers of attorney and trusts
•  Prepare and manage probate applications 
•  Review and prepare estate accounts 
•  Prepare court documents in support of estate matters including contested passing of accounts application for advice and direction, guardianship applications, variations of trust

•  Must have 10 - 15 years' experience in Wills & Estates Law
•  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WINDUP and PC Law
•  Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others
•  Enjoy working in a large office and team environment
•  Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail
•  Ability to work effectively independently under minimal supervision, as well as part of a team of lawyers, law clerks and clients
