Job Description

This job requires a professional, hands-on approach, and involves leading, training, and demonstrating a wide variety of culinary skills and knowledge. Must have knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques. Must possess a strong knowledge of Teppanyaki-style cooking philosophies and principles. This job requires the ability to captivate and entertain guests by cooking “on stage”. Must have the ability to verbally explain processes of history, preparation, and cooking techniques to guests while cooking. Position pays $15.00 to $17.00 per hour and will cover living costs at the Resort for up to 3 months.
