Role and Responsibilities

·        Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and initiatives

·        Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers

·        Making telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers

·        Planning and managing the annual marketing budget

·        Managing marketing content in website, blog, social media, etc

·        Generating quotations

·        Expediting the resolutions of customer problems and complaints

·        Handling customer needs and requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·        Thai nationality

·        MUST have excellent spoken and written English (additional language is a bonus)

·        University graduate

·        Strong customer service and sales skills

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

·        Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume

·        Good Team Player
