Student Impact is a student consultancy of a different kind! We are a purpose-driven student association at the University of St. Gallen with the goal of making sustainability integral to the economy. Consulting is our means to success as we bring together motivated students to work with impact-oriented organizations that seek to create social and ecological value.

We support the proliferation of sustainable business ideas and principles by collaborating with startups, SMEs and NGOs. Our mandates include strategy and business model development, business and financial planning as well as communication and marketing concepts. In addition, we support companies to incorporate sustainability into their strategies and operations.

Through this approach, we enable students to complement their academic knowledge acquired at university with valuable practical experience. We also promote the personal and professional development of our members to become effective agents of change in business and society and responsible leaders of the future.

Job Description

As a Board Member for Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to actively shape Student Impact with other dedicated students as part of the board team. You will be in charge of recruiting, the mentoring program and all internal HR processes. And therefore you are co-responsible for the creation of our team and the development of its members. Regardless of your previous experience, you will receive tailored on-the-job practical training and work closely together with the presidium. Use your talents today, broaden your horizons and create a lasting impact.
