Job Description

Stryber is looking for a creative out of the box thinker. You will be part of a creative and dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact. As Growth Marketer you will:

  • Design and implement growth strategies for our startups using all known marketing channels focusing on performance marketing
  • Define, validate and monitor KPIs
  • Obtain customer feedback through online and offline surveys
  • Create landing pages, creatives, and much more independently
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests through different channels
  • Develop customer journeys and requirements for the product development
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to optimise user experience
  • Optimise the different marketing channels to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to the acquisition of higher quality traffics
  • Collect and analyse to identify patterns, trends, and user behaviour

Qualifications

  • (Senior) 4+ years of experience in the active acquisition of users for a digital startup and/or the scaling and commitment of users in a mature digital company (experience of B2C, B2B and/or B2B2C business models is a plus)
  • (Junior) 1+ years of experience in the active acquisition of users for a digital startup and/or the scaling and commitment of users in a mature digital company
  • Broad knowledge of the digital environment (UX, omni-channel marketing, analytics, CRO, storytelling, copywriting, email marketing, sales, lead generation, retention, A/B testing, creative assets, CMS/Unbounce/etc.) 
  • (Senior) Experience in owning performance marketing channels
  • Data-driven mindset including confident usage of analytics tools & derivation of actionable and meaningful measures
  • Technical affinity and accustomed dealing with different tools for a wide use as Growth Marketer
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality and an intrinsic drive to challenge the status quo, discover new hacks and grow
  • Ability to test hypotheses without having to develop elaborate features
  • Focus on the entire customer journey from awareness to retention
  • Attention to detail without getting lost in perfectionism
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for building and scaling digital products and services
  • High level of independence, finding creative solutions, and result orientation
