Job Description

You join our venture early on to launch the business and generate first transactions and scale over time. You are responsible for the community and customer growth.

As Growth Marketer you have the unique opportunity to promote the growth of our young company by implementing successful growth strategies and measures/actions. Your areas of responsibility includes:

  • Designing and implementing growth strategies using all known marketing channels focusing on performance marketing
  • Definition, validation, and monitoring of KPIs
  • Building a strong brand and PR strategy especially in the areas of real estate finance, retirement planning and wealth creation
  • Acquisition & qualification of prospective tenants
  • Creating and implementing a successful sales machine by talking to customers, understanding their needs and obtaining customer feedback 
  • Independent creation of landing pages, Creatives, and much more
  • Optimisation of the different marketing channels to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to the acquisition of higher quality traffics
  • Building a team of kick-ass growth marketers, customer consultants and account managers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in the active acquisition of users for a digital startup and/or the scaling and commitment of users in a mature digital company
  • Broad knowledge of the digital environment (UX, omni-channel marketing, Analytics, conversion optimisation, storytelling, copywriting, performance marketing, email marketing, sales, lead generation, retention, A/B testing, image editing, Wordpress)
  • Technical understanding and accustomed dealing with different tools for a wide use as Growth Marketer
  • Focus on the entire customer journey from awareness to retention
  • Fluent in German due to our DACH region customers
  • Fluent in English as we have an English speaking company culture
  • Passion for building and scaling digital products and services
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality
  • High level of independence, finding creative solutions, and result orientation
  • Data driven work style and reasoning
