As Head of Operations and one of the first team members of NUX you are responsible for navigating the logistics processes, web shop and comprehensive operations of the company. How you contribute to grow NUX:

• You are responsible for all business operations, managing orders, forecasting, planning and maintaining the e-commerce store
• You are the master of how NUX best plans our logistics for our customers, being responsible of inbound and outbound logistics
• You come with a plan, how to build a strategy scaling luxury product and continuously striving to improve operations for the better
• You are focused on growth, and provide the fundament in catering the needs of our customers
• You constantly seek to improve our processes and consider challenges along the road of growing NUX as potential to innovate
• You build effectively adaptable solutions for storage capacity and resources ensuring smooth and optimized inbound/outbound flow
• You are experienced in data-driven planning and savvy and eager to adapt our digital services to offer an excellent customer experience
• You keep the web shop up-to-date strive for building lean processes, to keep the team and the logistics costs low while increasing the customer’s experience continuously

• Founder of a startup or have held a Senior position in a startup with significant achievements in your role
• Prior experience in logistics, order fulfilment and operations
• Prior experience in luxury or affinity for fashion and luxury
• Prior experience in the D2C / E-Commerce industry
• Bachelor or Master degree with outstanding academic results
• Fluent in German and English and have excellent communication skills
• A process-driven attitude
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• You are data-driven and human-centric and have a solid concept on how to implement this in your daily work
