The Job

This is a JavaScript Developer position and requires someone who has worked on Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other Front End Technologies for the last 3 or more years.

In this role of a JavaScript Developer, your roles and responsibilities will include:
• Work on implementing a flexible A/B test system that enables fairly rapid design changes.
• Help reduce client load times.
• Implement responsive design best practices.
• Work with marketing to implement the best SEO guidelines.
• Mobile application development (optional).

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate JavaScript Developer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal JavaScript Developer would be someone with deep experience in many of the following:

• 3+ years of professional software development
• Strong JavaScript skills (jQuery, Backbone/other, etc)
• In-depth HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience working with or building an A/B testing system
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Generic programming knowledge (you know more than JS and one of: C, Java, Python, etc)
• Ability to work with Ruby on Rails preferred
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience working with designers
• Education Requirements

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum Experience: 3 years of JavaScript experience
