Job Description
Your Impactful Role: Program Coordinator
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing our global initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing support to our partners, organizing workshops, managing Zoom sessions, curating content, and analyzing data. Your commitment to excellence and passion for making a difference will help shape a better world and positively impact countless lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to our global partners, including processing applications, facilitating online workshops, creating graphics for partner gatherings, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Track, analyze, and report on projects and outcomes accurately to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide collateral and system support and assist with reviews.
- Co-manage the Training Team's task and timeline, including travel logistics.
- Support senior team members on various strategies, initiatives, and projects.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Beyond your ambition and commitment to making the world a better place, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong project management experience that drives efficiency and excellence in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with graphic programs, Asana (or other project management system) and SharePoint preferred but not required.
- Background in non-profit or livelihood/empowerment program is helpful.
