Job Description

Your Impactful Role: Senior Program Coordinator 

As a Senior Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Your contributions will directly impact various aspects of our programs, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and equipped with the right information. You'll actively participate in program growth, optimizing training and schedules to achieve our goals and drive our mission forward. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal communication on achievements and projects of the global Training Team, supporting the Director of Global Training. 
  • Oversee the internal certification process of the Global Training Team and contribute to new hire onboarding. 
  • Manage team logistics, including staff forecasting, training schedules, project management, global travel, and administrative tasks. 
  • Lead and develop Program Coordinator to foster growth and success. 
  • Act as a backup for program facilitation when needed. 

Qualifications

What You Bring: 

Beyond your ambition and commitment to making the world a better place, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: 

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce. 
  • Strong track record of managing diverse teams. 
  • Background in non-profit or livelihood/empowerment programs preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
