Job Description

We are currently seeking a Head of Clients Operations to join our team and be responsible for the deployment of our solutions to our clients, as well as customer support and data quality. This role also includes managing the "Clients Operations" team

You will be a pillar of the company, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager and our clients and commercials.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment of solutions to Streem Energy's clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support before, during, and after the deployment of Streem Energy's solutions
  • Lead the Clients Operations team, ensuring recruitment, ongoing training and professional growth, and ensuring the team is aligned with the company's objectives
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the quality of data provided to Streem Energy's clients
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality. Maintain good reporting of the team activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management and/or customer support, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • Strong interest for the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus)
  • Experience in team management, with a demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients at all levels and to solve problems effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset. Some basic knowledge of data collection and analysis tools are expected with a strong willingness to learn and improve in this area (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, python, or other programming would be an advantage)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
