Job Description

As Streem Energy Energy Commercial Manager, you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close. On your day-to-day, you will have to: 

  • Understand Streem clients’ needs and challenges (progressively developing your domain expertise) to base your sales strategy on customer-centric value propositions
  • Generate your own pipeline by working your network, attending relevant events, sourcing referrals and maintaining relationships with the whole ecosystem
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing new and existing customers
  • Advocate on behalf of customers bridging the gap between client requirements and engineering teams.

Initial focus would probably be on the French photovoltaic producers segment but the market and scope will evolve across years together with Streem product line growth and regional strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2 years as a sales manager with relevant experience selling SaaS in B2B (managing a pipeline, closing large contracts…) or equivalent business development experience
  • Alternatively, we could also consider candidates with a renewable energy background if they had some client exposure (consultants, originator…) and  are strongly motivated to move to a sales role in the energy data industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (both with customers and within an organisation). Additional languages (especially Southern Europe or German) will be great but not required. 
  • The candidate has to be based in France in order to cover - among others - the french renewable energy market.
