Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, you will be in charge of generating,  developing and closing new opportunities for our Streem Energy products aiming at automatizing the clean energy value chain. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close. On your day-to-day, you will have to: 

  • Understand Streem clients’ needs and challenges (progressively developing your domain expertise) to base your sales strategy on customer-centric value propositions

  • Generate your own pipeline by working your network, attending relevant events, sourcing referrals and maintaining relationships with the whole clean power market ecosystem

  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing new and existing customers. 

  • Advocate on behalf of customers bridging the gap between client requirements and the engineering team.

Qualifications

  • 3 years as a sales representative with relevant experience selling SaaS in B2B (managing a pipeline, closing large contracts…) - Alternatively, we could also consider candidates with a renewable energy background if they had some client exposure (consultancy, origination…) and are strongly motivated to move to a sales role in the energy data industry.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills with a natural ability to convince prospects and clients. Additional language (especially French or German) would be a plus. 

  • Proven negotiation and closing skills. 

  • Strong eagerness to close deals and to grow a business around innovative tech products. 

  • Being familiar with the energy markets would be a plus.
