Job Description

Our team is actively looking for a Customer Operations Manager (intern) who will be involved in our day-to-day platform operations. It is a perfect opportunity whether you want to be involved both on the technical and commercial side of a tech start-up, with a pivotal role between our clients and our product/engineering team. Working closely with a variety of customers, you’ll ensure they launch the Streem service successfully and adopt it widely. You will help us reshape some processes of Streem operations.

What you will be doing: 

  • manage the onboarding of Streem new clients 

  • make sure clients settings are always optimal

  • answer our users' questions and requests in a timely manner (phone, emails)

  • gather clients feedback on our product to constantly improve our solutions

  • ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our service through innovative automated data monitoring 

  • be occasionally involved in pre-sales activities for high-value opportunities


As a young company, we are looking for independent and proactive candidates, who are rigorous and keen to continually progress 

  • You are finishing a Master (Business or Science) with strong interest in new technologies (and ideally some knowledge of the energy sector)

  • You have a high level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and customer requests)

  • You speak both english and french fluently

  • You have a strong technical acumen - you do not need to be an engineer or a developer, but must understand how our systems are built

  • You love clients interactions and your outstanding communication skills ensures you build and establish exceptional relationships with users

  • You have a “pioneering” spirit and enjoy working in early stage start-ups
