BUSINESS STRUCTURE:

Overall Program Management Business will be structured with focus first and foremost on occupiers and their overall program business needs with the overall national business unit being comprised of a single overall national business unit where specialization and geography will be combined under a single financial and reporting structure that will deliver seamless and optimized results to occupiers.  The sum of the overall business will be equal to all its parts where success will not be realized without specialization and geography uniting for the benefit of the occupier, prospective new leader, and Stream Enterprise.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will be expected/tasked with development of a focused National Program Management Business with required sales, people management, program/project execution focused deliveries within the (F&B, Manufacturing, Distribution, Business Relocation/Decommissioning) market segments that are occupier focused. Individual will be giving full responsibility and authority to work in parallel with National Program Management Business Unit Lead and Stream Executive Leadership to develop best in class occupier focused Program Management Experiences for occupiers that includes responsibility within:

• a. Overall operations and financial performance of business
• b. Growth Strategy, and Content
• c.  Sales and Business Development
• d.  Authority to make hiring and firing decisions (With approval from National Program Management Business Unit Lead)
• e.  Operations to include training, management, invoicing, contracting, and program/project delivery including staffing and execution plan (With Approval from National Program Management Business Unit Lead)
• f.  Client Experience and engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

VP - National Occupier Program Management Lead – Food & Beverage with knowledge required in following sectors with specific experience as noted:                                          

• i.   Alcoholic beverage distillation/distribution 
• ii.  Meal/Protein/Produce production/distribution  
• iii.  Drink/Syrup/Puree production/distribution  
• iv.  Cold Storage distribution 
• v.  Bottling/Packaging equipment and integration into real estate/design/construction program preferred   
• vi.  Required knowledge of equipment/production systems and integration into real estate/design/construction program

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work in fast-pace and deadline- oriented environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, analytical and research skills
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• 12+ Years Industry Experience with specific preferred background specific to occupiers to include:   
  • a.    Development of specialized industrial real estate 
  • b.    General Contractor direct management of industrial design and construction projects that include integration of occupier equipment/racking/systems/business operations (Design-build experience required) 
  • c.    Owner’s Representative experience managing specialized industrial real estate programs end-to-end (Real Estate, Supply Chain, BEI, Capital Markets, Property Due Diligence, Property Entitlements, Equipment, Racking, Design, Permitting, Construction, Equipment Start-Up, IT, Security, LP, FF&E, Etc.) 
  • d.    With specific experience across multiple geographies (US required, Canada/Mexico/Caribbean preferred) 
  • e.    Experience with management of following required:  
    • i.    People Management and track record of development of internal teams  
    • ii.    People Management and track record of management of external program/project teams  
    • iii.   Ability/Track record of exemplary program/project occupier focused deliveries across multiple geographies  
    • iv.    Ability/Track record of exemplary customer service of deliveries across multiple geographies  
    • v.    Ability/Track record of development of sales strategy and track record of executing sales strategy to drive revenue securement with new/existing customers
