Our new Customer Portal envisions to offer all solutions of the Straumann Group under one roof. As Product Owner Customer Portal Lab you are responsible for the development, successful launch and continuous improvement of our cloud-based Portal targeted towards Dental Lab Customers. You will represent the customer and stakeholder needs and communicate them to the development team.

• Closely collaborate with stakeholders, customers and development teams and monitor market and technology development in order to translate and communicate VoC, VoM, and requirements into tangible product deliverables
• Develop and communicate product goals, manage product backlog and prioritize backlog based on business objectives and customer needs
• Supervise and plan development stages together with IT, business and development partners
• Ensure global launch readiness across all aspects of market release
• Drive the long-term vision of the digital lab ecosystem by adding further solutions, new business models and by constantly improving customer experience with the platform
• Ensure on-time completion of product increments and constant communication to stakeholders and management

• Academic degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or related functions with proven experience in leveraging technology and driving digital transformation
• experience to work with agile methods and proven stakeholder management (Scrum certification is a big plus) 
• Affinity with web and cloud native technology stack is a plus
• Experience in dental or other medtech fields is a big plus
• Fluent in English
• Energetic, highly motivated, and performance-driven professional with entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong can-do attitude, welcomes new challenges, able to work on multiple tasks in parallel and ready to take on responsibility from day one
• Excellent communication skills at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
• Team player with open and positive attitude as well as a high level of integrity, commitment, and ethics
• Outstanding conceptual, analytical and creative thinking
• Comfortable in working within a fast-paced, global business environment and time zones

This position reports to the Product Owner onePortal / Head CX and is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
