RESPONSABILIDADES

Únete a nosotros a formar parte del equipo de Iberia. Estamos buscando un Customer Service (m/f/x). Esta posición, reportará directamente al Team Leader Customer Service, siendo parte del equipo para la gestión de pedidos, resolución de incidencias y soporte a los clientes principalmente de grandes cuentas.

• Soporte al cliente, ventas, administración y coordinación de pedidos, resolución de incidencias, etc.
• Aconsejar, orientar y clarificar cualquier duda o incidencia de los clientes, aportando la mejor solución en cada caso.
• Proporcionar información de producto a nuestros clientes (precios, descripciones técnicas, etc)
• Envío, recepción, procesamiento y administración de reclamaciones, vía teléfono o email.
• Archivo de documentación.
• Cualquier otra tarea derivada de las necesidades del puesto.

TU PERFIL

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puesto con responsabilidades similares
• Valorable experiencia en dispositivos médicos o sector farmacia
• Grado Superior o similar
• Conocimientos de SAP
• Microsoft office nivel usuario
• Gestión de CRM valorable
• Inglés medio valorable
