The Straumann Group develops, manufactures and supplies dental implants, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics and biomaterials for use in tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales. Development of our existing and new customers (Orthodontists and Dentists) to the next level with clear align in their practices and clinics.
Develop, present and support the implementation of marketing activities to increase market share and treatment volume in your customer segment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases
Work qualified contracts to drive more cases
Manage accounts in assigned territory
Report back to District manager with all assigned reports.
Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment.
Provide on-site consulting/support service to the dentists in treatment.
Develop relations with key accounts into lasting business partnerships,
Contribute to image-building in your territory
Improve market penetration by developing high potential Orthodontists and Dentists
Support and evaluate account specific marketing plans
Strive for commitment and action by your customer
Develop, present and discuss quarterly territory plan for the different customer segments
Participation in congresses and exhibitions
Work closely with Regional Sales Manager and Distributors to achieve sales target and excellence customer services
4+ years in sales/sales management experience in Singapore, preferably in orthodontic, and/or dental sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience.
A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing and other related science discipline would be an advantage.
Alternatively, background as dental therapist/hygienist and acquired valuable knowledge of the industry and its products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pride in excelling and self-directed individual.
Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
Strong solutions knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge;
Entrepreneurial mentality and agile to business needs
Computer knowledge is required.
