In the role of SAP C/4 HANA Commerce Specialist (m/f/x) within the SAP CRM Team, part of the Corporate IT Business Applications department of Straumann Group, you will be the internal consultant, responsible to evaluate, manage and implement related activities. The position is based in the global HQ of Straumann Group in Basel and reports to the Head of SAP CRM.

Your main tasks and responsibility will be:

• Act as a project work/lead in the C/4 HANA (focus SAP Commerce) environment of the Straumann group world-wide
• Be the internal C/4 HANA (focus SAP Commerce) consultant to support the business by defining the processes in Sales/Service and Marketing
• Evaluate, manage and implement C/4 HANA system configurations and adaptations based on business needs/requirements
• Write technical documentation as well as test scripts and user manuals
• Technical support of all C/4 HANA and SAP CRM (on prem) applications at Straumann such as Customer service, Salesforce, Marketing, eCommerce and Complaint handling
• Second level support for all users in C/4 HANA and SAP CRM (on prem)
• Training of key- and end-users within the Straumann group
• The position is part of the SAP Competence Center organization (SCC) at the Headquarter in Basel

• Degree in Computer Science or Business
• Process and technology know-how in the SAP C/4 HANA environment as well as in the SAP CRM (on prem) area
• Excellent written and spoken English and fluent German languages skills, another language is an advantage
• You are known as a problem-solver with strong analytical skills
• You have already demonstrated effective communication skills in interacting with employees at all levels of the company
• Your drivers are managing multiple tasks and deadlines with an open mindset and the goal to learn new things every day
