Job Description

We are looking for a strong HR Data Analyst to join our HR Team at ClearCorrect, in Texas. In this role you will work closely with the HR team members and the executive team to implement and execute strategies surrounding HR data and integrations. You will take part in implementing system integrations, upgrades and provide support to keep things running smoothly. The purpose of the Human Resource Data Analyst is to function as the internal subject matter expert for HR Data and systems managing HR information. Allow for centralized reporting and analysis assuring consistency. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Act as key HR resource on all HR systems with a primary focus on HRIS system (SAP). Additional systems may include BambooHR and Insperity
  • As a HR Systems Administrator you will function as the subject matter expert for all HR transactions and business processes, advising the HR team, managers, and employees on proper use of the system
  • Direct responsibilities for processing, rescinding, correcting, and canceling transactions

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field
  • Excellent knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices including but not limited to performance management, compensation management, and recruitment
  • Ability to assess and analyze complex business needs and conceptualize creative solutions
  • Experience with Human Resources technology products / SAP experience is a must
  • Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization
  • Collaborative, reliable and solution oriented individual who enjoys being part of a dynamic, inspired and engaged team
  • Developed written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives
  • Intermediate/ Advanced Windows-based including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Outlook
