Job Description

We are looking for a strong HR Generalist to join our HR Team at ClearCorrect, in Texas. In this role the HR Generalist collaborates closely with the local HR Business Partner and provides structured processes and operational HR support to the business (for the own department).

  • Supporting the Recruitment of highly skilled talents along with the global talent acquisition team and the HR Business Partner
  • Management all tasks related to the employee’s life cycle (from entry to exit)
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in general administrative tasks
  • Provide highly responsive HR advice related to labor law and current HR policies and practices 
  • Participate in local/regional/global projects/initiatives/programs and works closely together with the Corporate HR team and regional teams as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR Management or similar
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner in a customer focussed, multinational and matrix business environment
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact across different levels and regions
  • Collaborative, reliable and solution oriented individual who enjoys being part of a dynamic, inspired and engaged team
  • Service driven mindset paired with high sense for execution and teamwork
  • Accountable personality with a structured and pragmatic working style
  • Fluency in English, additional languages welcome
  • Proficient user of HR databases/systems and fully conversant with MS Office suite
