PROFILE INTRODUCTION          

The role holder will support with the delivery and achievement of the organization's recruitment strategy and talent delivery to our various clients. He/she will execute end to end recruitment projects from sourcing to placement while maintaining communication and engagement with clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

1.     Execute and manage, end to end, search assignments through the application tracking system (ATS) and other available tools, to ensure thorough sourcing & identification of top talent in the market for our clients.

2.     Evaluate candidates fit for role, through pre-screening, competency based interviewing and prepare comprehensive recruitment reports for submission to the clients.

3.     Directly engage the clients on their talent needs whilst upholding an impeccable reputation, brand & company image. Offer advisory, where need be, on Job description as well as prevailing market trends specifically on salary and talent ensuing the client gets the right fit first time.

4.     Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts for the various client meetings to support business conversion.

5.     Proactively manage the feedback process for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

6.     Conduct risk assessment for the various projects in particular reference and background checks ensuring candidates are thoroughly vetted.

Qualifications

•    University Degree in Business or a related field;

•    Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification;       

•    3 years’ work experience specifically within Talent Acquisition;

•    Project management skills & proficient in MS Office.
