Job Description

Strategic Marketing is searching for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities, while maintaining existing accounts, through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Perform effective online presentations to prospects

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience
• Competitive nature
• Strong phone presence and experience making 30 – 40 cold calls daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to deliver effective PowerPoint presentations


Education/Experience:
• 4 Year College Degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred but not necessary
