Free parking will be available in the TQL Stadium Premium lot, which can be accessed off John Street. Candidates can enter through the VIP Entrance on the West side of the stadium.

Employment Type: We are looking for Part-Time Game Day Guest Experience staff (customer service).

Part-time jobs at TQL Stadium are a great way to earn extra income and be a part of the excitement of professional sports and live entertainment in Cincinnati.

• Guest Experience Ambassador roles include: Ticket Scanner, Usher, Wheelchair Attendant, Elevator Attendant, Guest Experience Center, Guest Experience Lead. 

Work Hours
Part time employees average 6 hours per event, and 2-3 events per month during the season, which runs from February to October. There will be 19 home match days, plus the opportunity to work additional stadium events and private events. 

Work Environment
This position works in a stadium where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable, and lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to pyrotechnics or strobe lighting. May be required to stand for up to 6 hours.

Experience/Education Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to apply for the Game Day roles.
• High School diploma or GED required. 16-17 years old must be working towards a High School diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required.
