Our client is searching for a Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership for all aspects of their organization with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment. You will be responsible for leading the budget and fiscal functions of the organization along with providing hands-on and strategic direction for all operations to include Human Resources, payroll, and IT systems.
This is a hands-on leadership position for a well-established, specialized health care practice with several locations throughout the Miami Valley. The ideal candidate will be a high energy self-starter with a focus on growth and a commitment toward the mission of providing superior care to their patients.
Qualifications
Additionally, the CEO should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Finance required.
- 5+ years of successful experience in senior leadership, preferably in a healthcare institution of similar asset size and complexity.
- Superior leadership, team building, and talent development skills, leading a team of 5+ reports.
- Prior leadership experience of managing staff across various functions of the organization.
- Strong analysis, judgement, and strategic thinking, including creation of business and strategic plans.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders of the organization.
- Ability to establish overall direction and strategic initiatives.
