Job Description

As a HR Business Partner at stow International, you will be handling a broad number of tasks. You will be supporting both hard HR (payroll, contracting, admin, analytics, ...) and soft HR (recruitment, HR Review, employer branding, ...)

Hard HR

  • Responsible for (supporting the) monthly payroll;
  • Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages;
  • Perform onboarding of new colleagues in alignment with our company culture;
  • Draw up the correct employment contracts;
  • Manage the administration of salaries and benefits in consultation with our social secretariat SD Worx;
  • Handle time registration topics within our ProTime platform;
  • Be the support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation...);
  • Work in close collaboration with the different partners: social secretariat, legal advisors, lawyers... in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law).

Soft HR

  • A-Z recruitment activities for local departments;
  • Manage campus recruitment and participate to job fairs;
  • Supporting Learning & Development initiatives and registration;
  • Performance and HR Reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum a first HR experience, with exposure to both Hard HR and Soft HR topics;
  • You have good knowledge of local labor regulations.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently. Your level of French is good.
