About the role
We are looking for a motivated student to support the deployment and migration of our remote access platform. You will join the Network & Security team to ensure a smooth transition for users and help us maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of the remote access platform
• Support the migration of users from legacy systems to the new environment
• Document processes, technical steps, and user guides where needed
• Provide first-line support to colleagues during the migration period
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• On site presence in Lokeren

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related technical program
• Basic knowledge of networking, remote access technologies, and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Availability of at least 8 hours per week, starting immediately
