Job Description

What’s in it for you

  • Shape the future of Storyblok’s inbound marketing: You’ll be working with a growing team to enter new markets & countries with new approaches and ideas

  • You will not hear “do this because that’s how we used to do it before. You will take us into new markets and have fun experimenting 

  • As the first Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for a whole range of marketing campaigns and activities end-to-end. You’ll start new campaigns from the ground up, and you’ll bring ideas from a raw concept to a finished campaign.

  • You will own the whole demand generation piece because you are the first person ever in the role at Storyblok. Can you take something from 0 to 1?

  • As a company, we’ve grown from 20 people to 45 right now with the goal of reaching 70 employees by the end of 2021. With that said, there’s plenty of room for personal career advancements. It might come faster than you think.

  • We are a small marketing team in a company with a flat hierarchy. This means we promise you will get hands-on experience on meaty projects. Hopefully this is your idea of career progression  

  • You’ll be joining a marketing team that has grown from 3 to 6 team members (in the past few weeks). It’s actually the most international team with 6 different nationalities located in 4 different time zones. 

  • Many companies talk at length about their company, we will let the results speak for themselves. In the last 3 years only one person has left

What you’ll do if you join us

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in new leads, as well as awareness KPIs

  • Plan and execute new content projects, e.g. create new landing pages, conduct organic optimizations (SEO), and optimize user journeys on page. 

  • Work closely with our marketing, partner, developer experience and sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaign (such as events, trade shows, webinars or other content marketing campaigns)

  • Develop account based marketing strategies in partnership with our sales team

  • Ongoingly analyze our user journeys and content assets to find new ideas on how to scale our inbound pipeline

  • Establish and optimize marketing nurturing campaigns (e.g. newsletter, email cadences)

  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and sales effectiveness

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • You have 2+ years experience as a demand generation manager, ideally in B2B SaaS 

  • You have a track record of successfully implemented marketing campaigns (e.g. events, webinars, ABM,...)

  • You have knowledgeable about the content management ecosystem, and you’d like to conduct research in understanding our persona’s daily challenges, hopes and wishes

  • Hands on mentality, we want to keep a lot of work in house.

  • You are passionate about analyzing data and optimizing funnels
