In Storware develop best-in-class modern data protection systems for companies. Our software helps reduce the risk of data loss and related costs and is effectively implemented in companies around the world. In a word - it's all about backup.

About the project

The project is associated with continuous development, and our roadmap reaches the moon 😉. We focus on creative solution creation using brainstorming or pair programming. DevOps topics and contact with technologies including Cloud, containerization and virtualization appear in everyday work. Each team member has an impact on the final shape of a given solution. We like to work as a team and value our own initiative.

Offer: We employ on a B2B basis.

Salary of PLN 50-60k euro / per year fix salary i 10-15% of revenue generated on the customer set/region depending on position. In addition to classic benefits, we also have custom solutions! Let's talk about what's important to you and we'll definitely come to an agreement.

We are looking for candidate who feel comfortable interacting with people. If English and Spanish is second nature to you - get in touch with us! What matters to us is that you can sense the customer's needs, and match them with the offer and the Storware Backup & Recovery product. In a word, we are looking for: A Sales Developer or Sales Advisor, if you prefer.

Kwalifikacje

This job is ideal for you if you are comfortable with modern channels for acquiring customers, and want to brush up on your skills, including building your own personal brand. You are no stranger to communication skills and building long-term relationships - quality, not quantity, is what counts for us! :) If you have experience in the IT industry, but in selling Software product - all the more reason for you to feel perfectly at home.

You are fluent in English and Spanish - sorry, but this is a prerequisite. Optionally, it will be amazing if you know Portuguese too.

How do we recruit?

1. We read your CV. In detail!

2. We call you and discuss the details: this takes about 10 minutes when we ask you questions about your work experience and what you expect from your new employer.

3. We talk online or on site in our Warsaw office. At this meeting you will not only meet a person from HR, but also the leader of the team we are recruiting for. Reserve an hour or so. You can prepare your questions in advance.

4. We provide feedback. We don't leave you in the dark - we always send feedback because we know how important good communication is 😊 Sometimes we invite you to a third meeting with a person from the Board.

5. Decision. If both parties are in - we discuss the final version of the terms of the contract and sign a preliminary agreement, so you can be sure that we are waiting for you.
