Job Description
- Investigate daily incidents
- Reroute plan in case of incidents
- Assisting driver during delivery form the back office
- Generate list of ticketing for orders
- Ensure the availability of drivers based on number of customers
- XO (gather data of daily delivery and recap its performance)
- Submit performance from previous shift
- As a buffer of Mobile Hub Coordinator
Qualifications
- Max. 30 yo
- Have 1-2 working experience(s) as a Fleet Officer
- Have experience in transportation logistic industry
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Transport Logistics is preferred
- Having skill in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Good analytical and communication skills
