• The Systems Engineer will maintain and administer all server architecture (physical and virtual) and support IT personnel with the operation of LANs/WANs, telephony, messaging and servers and inter networking among all relevant hardware and software devices.
• He/she will assist in the identification of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions that are related to LANs/WANs and related servers.
• Provide production data center type services for the Windows server, VMWare, and NetApp enterprise technical architecture.
• Build, develop and manage the operations of Windows/VMWare/NetApp systems.
• Analyze user business functions and processes translating needs into system and application delivery requirements and designs.
• Participate in all phases of the client/customer support development life cycle.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor and control infrastructure performance (physical and virtual) in the areas of response, throughput, and availability.
• Provide production data center services for the Windows server, VMWare, and NetApp enterprise technical architecture.
• Build, develop, and manage the operations of Windows/VMWare/NetApp systems.
• Help configure, install, and maintain hardware for and software for LAN/WAN.
• Assist in performing maintenance and release upgrades.
• Monitor performance and availability of systems platforms.
• Install servers, routers, switches, firewalls, concentrators, content engines, remote access servers and systems hardware.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to hardware/software problems.
• Alert management, help desk team and other IT groups when issues or problems arise.
• Minimize client productivity loss caused by outages.

• Clearence Requirement:  Active TS/SCI with full Polygraph
• BS Degree
• 5+ years Full stack Experience in SysAdmin
• Active Directory, Windows Management, Desktop Imaging
• Cisco Networking/Firewalls (avility to use CLI to troubleshoot or make changes)
• Understand/trbouleshoot DNS/DHC
• VMware ESXi and VCenter (cert preferred)
• Storage - iSCSI Protocol for SAN
• Customer Centric Focus
