Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing customer acquisition.
Working in the Sales department, you will interact directly with prospective customers or clients to sell our company’s services.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the Luxembourg market.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with sector trends and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in similar sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Hunter mindset.
