Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for helping our key clients solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to strengthen and grow existing relationships to increase CatererGlobal's market share - CatererGlobal.com is The Stepstone Group's leading international hospitality recruitment website!

Working in the Sales department you will develop a deep understanding of your client’s current and future needs to recommend the best of CatererGlobal's solutions to them and create both short- and long-term value for our partners through the entire sales process.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Position yourself as the trusted point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships to ensure their success.  
  • Conduct targeted research to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to meet specific client needs.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of client projects and campaigns.  
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings, confidently presenting to a diverse range of key stakeholders. 
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to revenue, new business, client engagement and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and new business background with proven experience in handling large key accounts and selling internationally, specifically The Middle East.  
  • Exceptional objection-handling skills with the ability to deconstruct customer issues and propose solutions.  
  • Expertise in maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Self starter with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process, from needs identification and objection handling to negotiation and successful closure in the B2B landscape.
