The position will be based in the US and the candidate can be fully remote.

As an Client Project Manager, you will work with local and multinational organizations to drive talent engagement and employer branding project success. 

• Lead projects that conclude strategic development and implementation of Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate the utilization of data-driven insights, including Universum data, to inform and refine employer branding strategies.
• Collaborate closely with clients and strategists to ensure seamless execution and alignment of branding initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions together with consultants to tailor employer brand strategies to unique client needs.

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for effective project planning, execution, and monitoring. 
• Financial Management: Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resources to ensure project profitability and contribute to the financial targets. 
• Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and implementing strategies for upselling to drive additional revenue. 
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration and motivate team members toward achieving project objectives. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and presentation of project updates.
