Job Description

We are recruiting for a Data Quality Executive to join our dynamic Data Quality & Operations team, who support the growth of our business by managing a range of data management and lead management related activities. You will be responsible for tackling data challenges and actioning updates, being a key stakeholder in consulting and advising the business on best practice with data.

As a Data Quality Executive, you will continuously improve and review internal processes, always striving for automation and efficiency gains. You will be a key member of the Data Quality & Operations team, supporting the Data Quality & Operations team by reviewing completed work, supporting team members with projects and process flows and will be responsible for your own dedicated projects on business challenges.

The team’s areas of responsibilities include data quality, data management, lead management, de-duplication, strategizing with data and supporting stakeholders with data challenges. Our work enables and accelerates our growth strategy by providing our stakeholders with accurate, up-to-date and targeted data that allows us to make informed decisions. The aim is to have the leading, most comprehensive database in the industry with accurate and high-quality information that will allow the business to perform and achieve.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the data health of our CRM, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions with unique, valuable data.
  • Own third-party data management systems such as Dun & Bradstreet, enabling business decisioning and exposing opportunity.
  • Develop and implement data quality management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement data quality & validation processes to improve data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors.

Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • CRM / Salesforce experience.
  • Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to pro-actively tackle challenges.
  • Ability to adapt comfortably to new processes and technologies
