You are passionate about internal communications and enjoy consulting with senior leaders on communicative approaches and messaging? You have a knack about producing high-quality and versatile content for various channels?

We’re seeking an Internal Communications Manager in London to support us in keeping our employees up to speed with great things happening across the business. So, what are you waiting for?

Help us shape our organizations narrative and making a lasting impact. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Business partnering: Trusted strategic communications partner to senior leadership in the UK / consulting at eye level on communicative approach and messaging.  
  • Strategic Communication: Develop strategies for effectively communicating key messages from business, tech, ESG, and labor markets, aligning messaging with corporate objectives.  
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content (e.g. long copy, intranet posts, newsletters, leadership mails, social media) that adheres to the 'write-once' principle for repurposing across various communication channels. 
  • Internal Comms Events: Create concepts and content for senior management events or dialogue formats (such as townhalls, roadshows, all-hands-meetings, ...) 
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on communication strategies, staying current with industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.  

Qualifications

  • Language skills: High quality written and spoken English (CEFR-level C1). 
  • Professional Expertise: Several years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or internal communications, with proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and platforms. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and a strategic mindset for creative and analytical thinking. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all levels of the organization, with a preferred degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
