Job Description

The job at a glance 

Join our team and you’ll be playing a pivotal central role in supporting the running of the Commercial team. The Commercial Organization is tasked with driving The Stepstone Group’s growth and transformation through global systems, global commercial products and proactive management of our job marketplace worldwide. 

Working in the commercial department you will be providing day to day business, operational and administrative assistance to the Managing Director and CFO. 

This is so important to us. By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day business, operational and administrative assistance to the Managing Director and CFO.
  • Play key role in prioritization of and planning working activities of Managing Director and CFO.
  • Attending and contributing to weekly leadership meetings in a supportive capacity i.e. taking notes and actions, circulating to attendees following up on actions assigned
  • Organizing and scheduling of meetings and diary management.
  • Work in a pro-active manner, anticipating the needs and requirements of the Managing director, CFO and Leadership team.

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

  • EA experience is an advantage but not essential.   

  • 3+ Years Administration experience is required. 

  • Natural ability to work with and build relationships with senior leaders and executive assistants. 

  • An ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
