The job at a glance

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role? The Stepstone Group is looking for a Finance Busines Partner to join our team for a period of 12 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance in one of our key regions through regular business reviews and identifying improvement opportunities. With a proven track record of implementing improvement initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders, you will play a central role in improving the overall performance of our business. Qualifikationen

As Finance Business Partner, Stepstone, the Executive shall perform such duties and exercise such powers, authorities, and discretions in relation to the Company, its Subsidiaries and Associated Companies such as:

  • Ownership of finance function for your areas of the business
  • Responsibility and oversight of Monthly Management Accounts and setting up new processes and reports for your areas of the business
  • Management of the department’s budgeting process, forecasting, and providing variance analysis, forming part of monthly reporting
  • Business partner to senior management, become a key point of contact for the business.
  • Preparation of senior management presentations, various performance reports and internal KPI packs
  • Provide bespoke management information to enhance the commercial decision-making process
  • Improve current reports as well as develop and create new reports for the broader business
  • Work closely with local finance teams from across the global organization (across Continental Europe, UK and Ireland, and the Americas) to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and support internal and external audit process where required
  • Work closely with local HR teams from across the global organization (across Continental European, UK and Ireland, and the Americas) to ensure resourcing requirements are met
  • Ad hoc duties, support and analysis as required by the senior management team, including the Finance Director.
