Job Description
The Director, Employer Brand leads a team of designers, writers, strategists, and project managers that partner with some of the world’s largest brands and employers. This position helps to guide the team and evolve client relationships so that we become known as a strategic partner in building and exceeding Employer Brand goals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop strategic, consultative relationships with clients:
- As a leader in employer brand, this role will partner closely with clients and delivery to become a trusted, consultative partner and ensure we maintain strong relationships.
- The role will partner closely with our delivery teams to ensure we partner effectively to drive positive outcomes for our clients.
- Work with the broader organization to develop an understanding of how our creative work impacts other services. This will help us deliver stronger outcomes on the various media channels that we utilize.
Partner with Sales & Marketing:
- Work with marketing to help build out a portfolio of work that showcases our position as a leader In the Employer Brand space.
- Become a resource for the sales team so that we can broaden our ability to show expertise during new business opportunities.
- Be available to present at and join Appcast hosted events to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Grow & develop a team of Employer Brand experts:
- Partner with leadership to create learning and development opportunities for your team as we continue to build upon a strong foundation of Employer Brand expertise.
- Be a positive mentor to your team as we continue to grow and improve as an Employer Brand group.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a Creative or Marketing-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Employer Branding.
- Strong experience in Figma & Adobe’s Creative Suite.
- Strong experience working in project management platforms (Monday.com experience is a plus)
- Strong experience in managing a team of creative professionals.
Travel Requirements
This position will be required to travel as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for leading and managing the Employer Brand group.
