The job at a glance

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for helping our key clients solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to strengthen and grow existing relationships to increase Totaljob’s market share.

Working in the Sales department you will develop a deep understanding of your client’s current and future needs to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to them and create both short- and long-term value for our partners through the entire sales process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify opportunities and understand client needs, devising customized strategies accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer growth and revenue generation.
  • Track, assess, and report on client performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Your skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business and cultivating and expanding an account base to drive sales growth.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional skills in managing and nurturing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
