Job Description

The job at a glance 

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for helping our key clients solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to strengthen and grow existing relationships to increase Totaljob’s market share.  

Working in the Sales department you will develop a deep understanding of your client’s current and future needs to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to them and create both short- and long-term value for our partners through the entire sales process.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Position yourself as the trusted point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships to ensure their success.  

  • Conduct targeted research to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to meet specific client needs.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of client projects and campaigns.  

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving concerns.  

  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to fuel customer growth. 

Qualifications

Your skills and Qualifications  

  • Strong account management background with proven experience in handling large key accounts.  

  • Exceptional objection-handling skills with the ability to deconstruct customer issues and propose actionable solutions.  

  • Expertise in maximizing revenue opportunities.  

  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.  

  • In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process, from needs identification to successful closure, consistently achieving targets in a goal-driven environment.
