Responsibilities:

  • You will manage an end to end B2B sales process.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, establishing their recruitment advertising needs.
  • Work as part of a collaborative sales team with ownership & responsibility for customer base.
  • Identify sales opportunities for revenue growth
  • Ownership of your own sales pipeline. Achieve monthly revenue targets 
  • Build rapport with your prospects, develop strong business relationships  
  • Act as a trusted & knowledgeable advisor. Understand & proactively discover customer needs
  • Sourcing of new business leads 
  • Demonstrate sales ability with solution focus
  • Sales reporting, use of CRM systems & forecasting
  • Analyse data & current market trends
  • Build and develop excellent working relationships with talented colleagues across the business and with our parent company Stepstone.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years related B2B sales experience.
  • Have consistently achieved individual sales/revenue targets and KPI’s.
  • Proactive on the phones to make client calls and build connections
  • Proven experience of establishing a client base with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience meeting client face to face. You have the ability to establish, develop, and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
  • Strong communication skills and proposal writing skills
  • Strong computer literacy. You keep clear and detailed records on our CRM (SalesForce) and other internal systems.
  • Keep abreast of market factors to ensure you feedback competitor analysis to your team and manager.
  • Ability to adjust to changes within the business & market.

  • In particular we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills and the desire to exceed targets and achieve.
