Our product design organisation has evolved through this time and today we are a team of 30+ designers including Design Operations, Design System, Design Foundation & Service Design roles. We are also part of a wider UX community including our dedicated User Research team of +10 people.

Job Description

The role

This is a role for our B2C area of the business. We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Designer that will be able to provide the thought leadership, innovative spirit and expectational craft to re-imagine and redefine an experience which has shaped an entire industry.  

  • This is a highly senior IC role within the product design organization, and therefore leadership aptitudes and mindset are expected from this position. 
  • You will be leading an entire stream of work in our B2C area and redefining how we think and believe about recruitment 
  • Alongside Heads of Product and Product Directors you will help define and prioritise the right areas of focus for your teams 
  • You will craft some of the best experiences across the entire compan

Day to Day 

  • You will report directly to one of our Product Design Managers 
  • Craft simple, clear and innovative experiences that solve real problems for real users 
  • Alongside your Product Partners you will define your own impact, priorities and own the same success metrics as your teams 
  • You will elevate the quality of our experiences through outstanding craft and product thinking, and setting standards across the organization 
  • Help define and steer the strategy for your streams of work  
  • Lead critical initiatives across multiple projects and ensure alignment across business objectives 
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of excellence and growth within the product design organization
