Job Description

To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Compensation Manager (m/f/d) in London to join our EMEA HR department.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a total rewards strategy in line with the company specific business and people requirements.​
  • Support and consult on grading and compensation benchmarks to ensure these are aligned to the organisation's compensation structure.​
  • Conduct compensation analysis and produce compensation proposals including compiling relevant market data and internal peer analysis. ​
  • Maintain market knowledge and evolving trends and advise the  organisations stakeholders appropriately.​
  • Analyse survey and other internal and external trend data to assess market competitiveness and internal equity.​
  • Support annual global compensation review as well as bonus and incentive process.

Qualifications

Skills you may have: 

  • Professional experience in consulting or in an inhouse HR role, especially in the field of compensation & benefits.
  • You distinguish yourself through your analytical skills and derive appropriate recommendations for action.
  • You have a confident manner at all levels of the company and excel in stakeholder management, especially with decision-makers in the company.
  • Your intercultural competence makes it easy for you to drive projects forward in an international context.
  • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of German desirable, other languages an advantage
  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business, human resources, law or psychology
