At Universum the Stockholm based TA Partner is responsible for the recruitment in all our markets: Nordics & UK, Americas, and EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global company, getting to know the local markets and people there firsthand. You will be part of our HR team and work closely with our CPO, HR Managers and HR Coordinator. We are looking to hire an experienced TA Partner for a parental leave cover of one year, starting in March 2024.  

You will own the recruitment process from A-Z on an operational and strategic level. You will be working closely with hiring managers in all offices driving the recruitment and fueling Universum with top talent. 
 
You will play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by collaborating with stakeholders in all our departments. This means filling positions at all levels ranging from C-suite to interns within Data/Insights, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Employer Branding Specialists, IT as well as our internal support functions. 

In addition to your responsibilities within Talent Acquisition, you will also drive a major upskilling initiative within Universum.

• You own the recruitment processes & policies and talent acquisition on an operational and strategic level and manage all recruitment projects at Universum. From advertising, selecting, interviewing, assessing and active sourcing, to offer. 
• You make supplier selections, choose evaluations methods and agreements as well as budget adherence.     
• You will be driving our EVP project as well as an upskilling initiative to elevate the employees' learning and development within their functions.   
• You will provide a great candidate experience and manage internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and hiring teams. 

• At least 3 years of senior full cycle recruitment experience 
• You have extensive experience in recruiting as a generalist for different positions  
• You are able to manage all parts of a recruiting process (from sourcing to making offers) 
• You have the ability to inspire and motivate people to join Universum 
• Experience in using an ATS and working with the LinkedIn Recruiter License 
• Experience in other TA-related areas and driving projects, specifically in employer branding, upskilling/ trainings and onboarding 
• Experience from driving internal projects with several stakeholders 
• You have a flexible mindset and the ability to prioritize and adapt to change 
• You know how to effectively perform search and contact passive candidates as well as build a talent pipeline. 
• Ability to work with and set KPI:s (such as time to hire) and deadlines  
• Impeccable verbal and written English, other languages are a plus
