Job Description
As an Xcelerate Account Manager your role will be to successfully implement our customers onto the Appcast Platform using their ATS, then manage their account, the roles they choose to sponsor, and pace their budget in line with their hiring needs whilst delivering expectational support and ROI.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Liaise with the customer and/or ATS to get the account implemented.
- Co-ordinate internal kick off call with sales and Implementation teams.
- Run discovery and/or kick off call with end customer as part of the onboarding process.
- Account Management: Daily budget checks, budget spend; advise the customer on optimising budget spend and ROI, CPA Management, build campaigns for sponsored roles taken from careers website in the platform, campaign optimisation by using job content editor, job expansions and working with our publisher team to improve quality, publisher checks, job optimisation, test applies, customer check-ins, End of Performance Reviews
- Training customers on Appcast Xcelerate platform.
- Regular check-in calls and Xcelerate Business Reviews.
- Recurring reports if necessary (in most cases strategic accounts).
Qualifications
Some skills you might have:
- Establish, develop, and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
- Ensure exceptional representation of our brand in dealing with customers.
- Establish and maintain excellent internal working relationships with all business functions.
- Keep clear and detailed records on our CRM (SalesForce) and other internal systems.
- Confident, proactive, lots of initiative and great attention to detail.
- Consistently achieve individual targets and KPI’s.
