We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to maximise the revenue generated from targeted and other paid email offerings for our branded products; in order to deliver quality candidates for our clients and to maintain, develop and provide a high level of creative services to internal and external customers in-line with our strategy. As an email marketing executive, you’ll have the opportunity to manage multiple clients and you’ll be the expert on our products from processes, to design, to performance.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis? 

• To maximise the revenue generated from targeted and other paid email offerings by account managing branded products in order to deliver quality candidates for our clients.
• To maintain, develop and provide a high level of creative services to internal and external customers in-line with The Stepstone Group strategy and key performance indicators.
• Email Marketing
• Provide email marketing solutions, consultation and expertise to your stakeholders when required to optimise campaigns.
• Account manage all Salesforce Email Booking cases ensuring all requirements, best practise (including adding behavioural targeting) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Perform audience segmentation requests to optimise email performance within SLA.
• Create behavioural data segments (C3PO) and add to email booking cases where appropriate.
• Perform Commercial Partnership email targeting dedupes on a daily basis.
• Drive efficiency focused, product promotion and best practice projects when required
